Dear group,
after a long absence from posting myself I thought I would just say
hello and let you know how I am doing.
I wanted to fresh up my testamonial.
I was operated on the breast in 1995 for a small primary tumor. In
2001 a solitary metastasis was histologically confirmed in one of my
lower vertabrae. After a year of eating no dairy products I
discovered the Budwig protocol and have been using it since. For
four years I have had no more evidence of disease (the tumor is said
to have scarred over) I had a slight shock last month after a body
scan discovered that there was activity further up my back but a CT
established that the area was the result of a houshold accident from
many years ago.
I don't like to push my luck but my Professor is fairly confused and
even said "Perhaps you have been totally healed" I do not want to be
complacent though, so I keep up my muesli with FO every day which I
am crazy about.
best regards to all
Daphne
Answering the question of a group-member, whether it was true, that flaxseed can be dangerous in
spreading some cancers that are estrogen positive Daphne answers:

Dear Marty,
I am estrogen positive at 12 on a scale from one to twelve and since starting
the FO/CC 5 years ago have had no sign of my secondary breast cancer any more.
greetings Daphne
At this point another member of the flaseedoil2 group contributes with her experiences referring to that question:
Hi Marty and group,
...
Marty, my sister had estrogen positive breast cancer and did the Budwig protocol
with great success. Her testimonial is in the files section of this group. We
are part of a cancer support group and there are several woman with estrogen
positive breast cancer who are doing the Budwig protocol with the same success
as the non-estrogen sensitive breast cancer women. My sister has been cancer
free for almost 3 years now. Lots of strongs to you.
Kind wishes
Cheryl

This August [1996]
one of my friends wanted a tape for a lady in his church. She is 62 and
was seriously ill with breast cancer and other involvement. One morning
I called her and she said she'd seen the oncologist the day before and
he told her she couldn't live more than 4 to 6 months. She said as far
as she was concerned personally it didn't matter. She was ready to meet
the Lord but was concerned for the ones left.
The oncologist wanted to use chemo to shrink the mass and operate to prevent
and eruption but said it would not extend her life nor improve the quality
of life. After much prayer she decided against the chemo. The oncologist
called two days in a row very upset at the refusal and she agreed to have
a checkup in mid-September. The doctor did some bloodwork and then told
her he had a drug that strengthens the bones and could give her another
2 years. Then, looking at the floor he said that as he expected the count
was going up. It had been 83, now it was 105. He still wanted to use the
Chemo.
After more conversation he told her that he could do some other things
as she recovered. The nurse told her that she had more problems than she
realized. She now has used the Flax oil 9 weeks at 4 Tbsps day. She's
been feeling good and her color was improving at 7 weeks.
Sunday October 13, she told my friend at church that she felt good, still
had some problems but was improving. Then she said that according to the
doctor's expectations, by this time she'd be in bed with people waiting
on her and close to the end. As it is, she is enjoying life and Praising
the Lord!
At this point, July l998, I want to update this account. It may have some
real significance.
After making rapid improvement, she apparently got tired of cottage cheese,
which is understandable. She shifted to yogurt. This seems to work, but
yogurt has only one third the amount of protein and I don't know how much
she used. Around Christmas 1996 she was taken to the hospital for radiation
on a place in her backbone. It didn't help. A massage of some type was
done on her back that almost killed her. She got pneumonia and almost
died. She was sent home and placed on hospice care. Her daughter told
me later the doctor had told the hospice nurse that her mother couldn't
last thirty days.
At this point she couldn't sit up in bed for more that a few minutes.
Now she began to use the protein again the way it should be used. On the
following Easter Sunday she drove to the Sunrise Service. I heard later
that she was driving around Knoxville and felt elated that the tide had
turned.
Then she again slacked off on the protein and went down hill. Now she
tried the companion nutrients and again showed some recovery However,
she did not fully recover and passed away in the spring of 1998.
At the time she was put on hospice she was also put on narcotic patches
for pain. She lived 26 months with the narcotic patches. One doctor told
me that if a healthy person were on narcotic patches for an extended period
of time there would be damage to several vital organs. "Of course,"
he said, "If a person is going to die very soon it doesn't matter."

Hello Elena, I feel real good about my case and will very soon have tests done that should give a definitive answer to how I am doing. I was diagnosed on Oct. 8, 2002 with a large breast cancer - "lobular infiltrating carcinoma". I began that same day on FO/CC. My cancer was very painful at first - in fact that is when I discovered it, was when the pain awakened me at 5:00 a.m. I started that same day eating FO/CC (FlaxOil/ low fat cottage cheese). By the middle of November my pain was all gone and I have remained painfree. The turmor has shrunk dramatically, and my doctor was even amazed. On October 14, I will have a C.A.T. scan. I have already had a P.E.T. scan. The results of both of these scans will tell me the whole story. With the P.E.T. scan, they injected into my veins sugar and radio-active-isotopes. The sugar goes to all spots in my body where there is any cancer, and will even show how large it is. And it can be tracked by the radio active isotopes. I can still feel a small ridge and I have wondered if that is scar tissue (since it has been so long since I have feltany pain). Well, now when I get these results, I will know if it is still cancer or just scar tissue. I will post to this group whatever my results are. I had no doubts about beginning on the FL/CC regimin, as my husband had a very large, and metestacized pancreatic cancer, in 1994. He took many things in the alternative field, but NOTHING IN the medical field, (unless you want to consider his 3 weeks of IV treatments of Laetrile) He also took FO/CC 3 times a day. To his surgeon's astonishment, he was well in 5 months after surgery. The surgeon had told us that he would die and that he might live 3 to 6 months - 3 being most likely. He had gotten ill at the end of December, 1993 and was in and out of the hospital until May 25, he had exploratory surgery and got the grim reports I reports above. But after we got home and got him on the juicing, he just began getting better. I was making fresh vegetable juice and giving him 12 ounces about every 2 hours. And we followed the diet scruprously - no meat, absolutely no pork, no sugar, no processed foods of any kind, etc. etc. and he just kept getting better. Finally in November 1994, I wrote to the surgeon and ask him if he would schedule a CT scan for when we had an appointment on December 5, 1994. He did that and when he came to give us the report, he was just shaking his head. He said "I don't know what to tell you folks, but there is no cancer in there. I even had the radiologist come back and study that with me and we can see nothing abnormal in there of any kind." So with that kind of encouragement, I felt confident to do basically the same thing. Except that in the meantime, I have learned a lot more about FC/CC and so I am going mostly all the way with that. I guess you could say I have put all my eggs in that one basket. I know this is a long message and I am sorry. I hope it helps your mother. My husband was 54 the year he got sick. He is still well and still with me today. Hope this helps, N.
